Every business built from a regulated nervous system is a quiet revolution. Not because it looks different from the outside, but because it is different from the inside. There's no more bracing for impact, no more leading from survival, no more building something that quietly costs you yourself in the process.
Here's what the research keeps showing us: your capacity for wealth, connection, and creative output is directly tied to your resilience, your nervous system flexibility. Not your strategy, or discipline, not how hard you're willing to push through (or even what you're willing to sacrifice.)
Your regulation is your runaway.
And that's where everything changes.
Are you ready to start leading from wholeness?

We build businesses from capacity first — not from caffeine, not from calendar pressure, not from borrowed energy that runs out the moment life gets hard.
Your nervous system is the operating system your business runs on, which means regulation isn't the soft thing you do after the work. It's the thing that makes the work possible in the first place. Safety is the strategy. Flexibility is the foundation. And identity — real, embodied identity — is the infrastructure everything else gets built on.
This is the frequency we lead from, and it changes everything

This is our signature mentorship container — where real business strategy finally meets your nervous system, and where the two stop feeling like opposing forces.
Inside, we work through a recalibration process designed to anchor results at the root: Regulate → Rewire → Receive. You'll untangle the survival patterns that have been quietly running your decisions, rebuild trust in your own internal cues, and learn to scale in a way that actually feels like wealth — not just looks like it from the outside.
Softness becomes strategic. Stability becomes your new set point. And you become the founder who leads from her own power — not borrowed momentum.

Our clients are high-achieving, values-led founders who've outgrown the performance of success — and are ready to stop pretending that performance is the same thing as the real thing.
They're not new to business, just new to feeling safe inside of it. They've hustled, they've scaled, they've hit the milestones — and still felt like something was off. Now they're ready to build with clarity instead of adrenaline, to lead with presence instead of pressure, and to create something that doesn't quietly cost them everything else they care about.
This is the work of re-patterning how you rise. Sustainable. Embodied. Built to last.

I'm the founder of The Wealthy CEO Lab® and someone who spent nearly two decades behind the scenes of multi-6 and 7-figure businesses, watching brilliant, capable people burn out while following all the "right" strategies. What I kept seeing, over and over, was the same pattern: strategy without regulation leads to collapse, and success without safety leads to self-abandonment.
I lived that myself before I learned to interrupt it. And when I finally stopped treating my body like an obstacle and started treating it like data — everything shifted. Not just my energy, but my business, my decisions, my relationship with money, the way I showed up for clients. All of it.
That's what I guide my clients through now, because the thing most business mentors won't tell you is this: your nervous system sets the ceiling. Not your strategy, not your mindset, not your offer suite. Your capacity to regulate — to stay flexible under pressure, to move through fear without being hijacked by it, to actually receive success without immediately bracing for it to fall apart — that's the real leverage point.
Nervous system flexibility, emotional regulation, self-regulation. These aren't soft skills. They are the skills.
My background is in accounting and I'm formally certified in Mindset Coaching, EFT, Hypnosis, Neural Energetic Encoding, Neural Energetic Wiring, and Human Design — but most of what I teach, I've lived. This isn't theory. This is embodied.
Rooted. Expansive. Whole.
Still here? Good.
If we’re going to do deep work together, let’s go a little deeper.
Here’s my take on the famously bold questions — à la Vanity Fair, nervous-system edition.
What’s your idea of perfect happiness?
A juicy book, mountain views, a crackling fire — and watching a client have the breakthrough they'd stopped believing was possible. Oh, and a nervous system that quietly whispers: we're safe.
What’s your greatest extravagance?
Slow mornings. Non-negotiable. And every regulation device I can get my hands on — Oura Ring, Muse headband, breathwork protocols, you name it. Some people call it an obsession. I call it data.
On what occasion do you lie?
When I say I'm resting but I'm actually doom-scrolling and pretending I'm not activated.
Which historical figure do you most identify yourself with?
Dolly Parton and Taylor Swift are my spiritual board of directors.
What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
Hustle — a patriarchal concept dressed up as a badge of honor. What most people actually need is safety, not more willpower.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
"And I cut off my nose just to spite my face"
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Being brave enough to keep growing, to admit when I was wrong, and to build a business that doesn't require me to abandon myself to sustain it.
What is your most marked characteristic?
I hear what you didn't say — and what you actually meant. And I bring a calm, clear presence that somehow makes the hard stuff feel more manageable.
What do you most value in your friends?
Radical honesty, unexpected wit, and the courage to go deep — with enough energy left to laugh after.
How do you take your favorite drink?
Decaf with a splash of milk in the morning, a really good glass of wine as the light shifts, and cherry tart magnesium tea before bed — because ritual is its own kind of wealth.
Love is regulation.
Stay hydrated. This is key to improving your HRV.
Rest is an act of rebellion.
