3 Micro-Moments to Regulate During Your Workday

Here’s what I know about you: You’re building something beautiful. Multi-6-figures is no accident—you’ve got the strategy, the skills, the vision. But somewhere between the last launch and the next level, your nervous system started sending you bills.

Micro-Moment #2: The Body Check-In (45 seconds)

Before you open your laptop in the morning, ask your body: What does a yes feel like today? What does a no feel like?

Notice the expansion in your chest when you think about that exciting project. Feel the contraction when you consider that energy-draining client call. Your body IS the business plan—it knows your aligned next move before your brain does.

This is sacral intelligence in action. Strategy for your sacral, not your stress.

Micro-Moment #3: The Energetic Boundary (1 minute)

End your workday with intention, not exhaustion.

Before you close your laptop, place both hands flat on your desk. Say (out loud): “I did meaningful work today. I am complete. My energy stays with me.”

Then physically push away from your desk and step into your evening.

This micro-ritual prevents that entrepreneurial bleeding where work energy follows you into your personal time. You’re not just closing your laptop—you’re reclaiming your energetic sovereignty.
